The microprocessor monitors all machines function and provides a complete
production follow up.
The raw material for carpets are as following:
- Pile Yarn: 100% Polypropylene BCF-Heat Set (by Sahand Carpet)
- Wrap Yarn: Polester/Cotton (by Parsa Novin Company)
- Jute Yarn: (From Bangladesh)
The incorporated system makes the dead pile Yarns to be weaved through
wrap and weft of carpet to give more strength to the carpet as well.
Sahand Carpet has special attention to the finishing of carpets and with the
aid of 60 people takes care of the tasks for stregthening up the carpets as
well as making them look more beautiful with the high tech finishing
machines from sellers of U.K. The capacity of this section can reach to
10,000 Sqm/day in two shifts.
Out of weaving machines, the carpets will be drived to this section and will be first
inspected for the quality and those obtaining required rate will proceed for
latexing and after drying up the carpets gets into the shearing machine to
make up the surface of carpets and will be cut in lengths by Tanghe cutting
machines.
Sahand Carpet by having glueing machine and fringing one is able to either
make the carpets without or with fringes. After fringing and overdeging tasks
are done the final quality control will be performed.
